  • (Tunaonana: ‘Do we see each other?’ in Swahili)

The postcard questions whether we see each other as we really are. What stops us from putting aside our prejudices and seeing others? What stops us from putting aside our fears and showing others who we really are?

  • The piece was sold at the 25th annual Postcards from the Edge benefit, with all proceeds going to support Visual AIDS’s mission to use art to fight AIDS by provoking dialogue, supporting HIV+ artists and preserving a legacy – because AIDS IS NOT OVER.
